Leo and Hajime are sitting on the steps when Leo makes a wish that mysteriously comes true.  He makes another and lands the lead role in the school play.  Thinking that some kind of curse has been done, Satsuki and friends try wishing on the steps also but nothing happens.  They later discover from Kaya that a ghost that inhabits the fourth step has caused the wishes to come true and that Leo is in serious trouble.
