Ramia has chosen a champion for herself, Sasami's best friend Misao, to thwart Pretty Sammy and make Tsunami look bad.  Misao, when she turns into the magical girl Pixy Misa doen't remember it.  Pixy Misa confronts Sasami and Sasami must turn into Pretty Sammy using the phrase "Pretty Mutation Magical Recall".  When Pixy Misa realizes that Pretty Sammy doesn't know about her magic yet, she leaves to confront her when she is a better challenge.
