In order to get revenge, Toshiyuki forms a new Auto Club on campus.  His plan is to get the Auto Club to disband.  Belldandy accepts the new Four Wheels Club's challenge of a race.  Keiichi and Belldandy must overcome many obstacles, including sabotage, in order to win.
