Skuld and Urd have determined that there is an energy coming from an old cherry tree nearby the house that is causing the bugs to come through.  They start plans for an Ultimate Magic Circle to get rid of the energy as Belldandy starts her task of erasing the signs of her presence with Keiichi.  Keiichi meanwhile gets the ring that he promised to give to Belldandy.  Just as Belldandy is being summoned home, Skuld and Urd begin their magics and Keiichi arrives to give Belldandy the ring.  The mixture of eradicating the energy and the fullfillment of a forgotten promise causes Belldandy's father to allow her to stay on Earth longer.
