Baltar's trial begins and these events are causing stress throughout the fleet as there are those who want him dead and there are those who are beginning to worship him.  During the trial, a drunk Tigh confesses to the jury that he killed his wife on New Caprica.  Also during the trial, Apollo questions President Roslin and gets her to reveal that she is again taking chamalla and that she is doing so because her cancer has returned.  Later, not understanding what is happening to him, Dee leaves Apollo.
