After their ordeal on New Caprica with the Cylons, Tigh and Starbuck begin causing a rift between those that stayed on Galactica and those that didn't.  Meanwhile, the Cylons have decided to weigh the fact that Baltar might know something about the Earth's whereabouts in his favor and decide to keep him alive.  He tells them a little of what he's learned and they send a Basestar to investigate.  His case is not helped much when the entire crew are infected with a disease that causes the rest of the Cylons to withhold the Resurrection Ship from them.  Baltar volunteers to go to the Basestar for research even though some things he's learned about Cylons recently may indicate that he could be one of them.
