After getting what they wanted from Angelus, they start to return his soul.  Unfortunately, it's gone missing, removed from the safe it was kept in.  Lilah shows up and offers to set Angelus free but is stopped in the process.  Cordelia has a vision and tells everyone that she can return his soul with dark magic.  After the spell Lorne reads Angel and gives the okay.  When Cordy lets Angel out of his cage, it appears that everything is not as okay as they'd thought.
