Billy, the man rescued from a hell dimension to save Cordelia, is now starting to wreak havoc on people of LA.  He has the ability to cause men's primal selves to come to the front regarding women, with violent results.  Angel follows the leads while Cordelia takes matters into her own hands and arrives at Lilah's home for answers.  During the investigation, Wesley touches Billy's blood sample and becomes infected.  He starts chasing Fred around the hotel with an axe but Gunn arrives to help.  Unfortunatley for Fred, Gunn also touched the bloody hand print.  Angel and Cordy arrive at the airport at the same time to stop Billy from leaving, both with the idea that they are the cause of these problems and thus must deal with him themselves.
