Lindsey is rewarded for his service to Wolfram & Hart with a new hand, an evil hand.  Cordelia gets a vision of a man that picks up a knife and starts to mutilate himself.  The two cases appear to be connected when a mystical physician's office is found to have worked on Lindsey and the man in the vision.
