Investingating strange demon attacks, Angel discovers that Kate's father is caught up in some illegal activity.  Through flashbacks we see Angel's conversion to a vampire and his killing of his family.  While trying to stop the demon drug running, Kate's father is killed.  Kate confronts the killers and, with Angel's help, defeat the demons responsible.
