Giles goes to England to get help from the Watcher's Council on Glory and is going to tell them about the Key.  When a spell that Willow performs accidentally releases a troll upon Sunnydale, things get interesting.  Especially when the troll was once Anya's boyfriend.  Willow and Anya are able to resolve their differences over Xander in order to send the troll away.  When Giles returns, he tells Buffy and Joyce (who now knows the truth about Dawn) what little information that the Watcher's Council had.  Dawn over hears them talking.
