When a meteor lands in Sunnydale, people start dying.  A strange creature starts attacking the mentally ill and eventually follows Joyce, whose tumor is causing some mental problems, home from the hospital.  Riley calls in the Initiative and they show up at Buffy's in time to see her kill the demon.  When another demon confronts Ben, from the hospital, about the Queller demon, he responds that someone has to clean up after Glory.
