Oz returns to Sunnydale with a cure for his becoming a werewolf.  When he finds out about Willow's girlfriend Tara, he gets angry and lets the wolf out.  He's captured by the Initiative and it's up to Buffy and the gang to help him.  The question on Buffy's mind is what will Riley do?
