Buffy rescues Willow and Xander from the vampires.  Buffy and Giles, the Watcher, fill them in on Buffy's secret life as a Slayer.  She takes on the vampires as they try to free the Master who is trapped underground in a failed attempt at opening the Hellmouth.  They begin feeding on people at the local club, the Bronze, when it's Buffy to the rescue.
