Notes

Funaho is the wife of Azusa and a Queen of Jurai. Her son is Yosho, also known as Katsuhito on Earth. She is an Earthling and that is part of the reason Yosho left Jurai since he didn't want to cause strife over his possible succession to the throne. This makes her the great-grandmother of Tenchi.

Funaho is also the name of the space tree that is Yosho's.
