This is the fifth issue of two interweaving mini-series. The sixth issue is Domination Factor: Avengers 3.6.

The FF manage to get all of their slices of the golden apple without killing anyone.  On their way back, Doctor Strange stops them at the crossroads before they can re-enter their time and tells them to wait.  They decide to return anyway and find a changed New York City.
