Dr. Octopus attacks at the grand opening of the new Daily Bugle building, destroying a giant statue of Jonah; he and Spider-Man clash, Doc Ock threatens Mary Jane's life, then threatens to destroy the new building unless Jonah gives him $20 million dollars.
