Haruka sees what's happening through the glass that Suzu has and heads to the temple in a crazed state.  Lord Sugino heads off also leaving Suzu behind to pray.  Haruka tries to kill Kantarou but doing so will cause the pact to stay in place forever which Raikou does not want.  Haruka defeats Raikou and they leave and then he turns back on Kantarou.  Suzu's glass does something weird which causes Haruka to revert to normal and then he flies off, trying to distance himself from Kantarou.
