Xander announces Anya and his engagement to the gang.  While they are all celebrating, Dawn tells Buffy she's going to spend the night with a friend for Halloween.  Instead, Dawn and her friend tag along with some upperclassmen.  When they go parking, Dawn gets her first kiss and almost more than she bargained for when her new boyfriend turns vampy.
